Bottneuro was listed as a Spin-Off to watch in 2021 on Forbes DACH! Bottneuro is developing ultra-thin implants for electrical stimulation of the spinal cord and brain to significantly reduce the burden on patients with Alzheimer's disease and chronic neuropathic pain. The company, which was only founded in 2021, is led by Bekim Osmani, Alois C. Hopf and Tino Töpper; its technology is expected to be used in the first patients as early as mid-2023.
