Dr. Chadha is a highly accomplished medical doctor and internationally recognized expert in neuroscience, and neurological and psychiatric diseases. She co-founded and serves as the pro-bono CEO of the Women's Brain Foundation, a global non-profit dedicated to studying sex and gender differences in brain and mental health.
In addition, Dr. Chadha is the Vice-President and board member of Euresearch, a Swiss governmental agency supporting research and innovation across Europe. She is renowned as a transformative global leader and team builder, having successfully turned around startups and provided strategic counsel to CEOs, boards of directors, and governments.
Her extensive experience includes roles as Chief Medical Officer and interim CEO of Altoida, Inc., and positions at European universities, pharmaceutical giants Roche and Biogen, the Swiss regulatory agency, and various policy organizations. Dr. Chadha's accolades include being listed among the Top 100 Women in Business in Switzerland since 2018, Woman of the Year in Switzerland in 2019, the World Sustainability Award, and the Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman Award. She has been recognized as a Women Leader Trailblazer in 2023 and received the Women Empowering Award in 2024 for her commitment to women’s health globally.
Dr. Chadha is passionate about removing bias in preclinical and clinical development as well as novel technologies, aiming to achieve precision medicine. She advocates for the establishment of the first worldwide sex and gender precision medicine research institute in Switzerland.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Chadha is an author of scientific publications, TEDx talks, and books including "Sex and Gender Differences in Alzheimer's Disease," "Una Bambina Senza Testa," and "Innovating Health Against Future Pandemics" with Elsevier.
