It is an honor to welcome Dr. Antonella Santuccione Chadha to the Board of Directors at Bottneuro AG - bringing her extensive expertise to build our clinical strategy, supporting the company’s mission to bring precision neuromodulation solutions to Alzheimer’s disease and beyond.
Dr. Chadha is a highly accomplished medical doctor, neuroscientist, and global leader in the field of neurological and psychiatric diseases. She is the co-founder and CEO of the Women's Brain Foundation, a global non-profit focused on sex and gender differences in brain and mental health.
She brings an extraordinary combination of clinical, academic, regulatory, and entrepreneurial experience to Bottneuro. Her past roles include Chief Medical Officer and interim CEO at Altoida, Inc., leadership roles at Roche and Biogen, regulatory work with the Swiss regulatory agency, and her current position as Vice-President and board member of Euresearch, the Swiss governmental agency supporting innovation across Europe.
Her work, published in peer-reviewed leading scientific journals such as Nature and The Lancet, has received broad acclaim and contributed to her receiving several prestigious honors, including Woman of the Year in Switzerland (2019), the World Sustainability Award, and the Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman Award (2022) and and most recently, recognition for her contributions to Swiss reforms through the Katherinenturm Project (2024).
